I think it was delivered swiftly and is good quality wood. Thank you.
excellent, rapid service. The only improvement I can suggest is instead of delivering using a huge articulated lorry which has limited access, it would be more practical to use a smaller truck with a hy-ab crane on the back to get to smaller deposit areas. Also, the price is very high and pensioners struggle to pay for good wood. Apart from that, I am very pleased with the quality of the wood and the speed of service.
Logs are excellent but communication while waiting on delivery was poor hence the 4 stars . We were told delivery would be 10am on a particular day but didn’t happen and finally arrived at 12pm ,we couldn’t contact anyone so ended up cancelling our appointment which we could have gone to AND been back from if someone had told us there was a delay . The Delivery when it arrived was grand and the driver very good however he had no idea we had been told 10am . Value for money is good as are the logs so we would use again , hopefully communication will be better!!!
Ordered on Monday had it on my door on Friday . All birch and all kiln dried I would recommend this service to everyone
Very happy with the service. Had major problems with Rathwood who never refunded me but this supplier is brilliant!!
Delighted with our purchase. Wood is fantastic. Delivered promptly and packed very well. We will be purchasing again in the future!
Prompt delivery, good value. Nice size logs, good and chunky but not too big.
Excellent quality wood and great value. Delivered within a week. Driver went out of his way to drop where we needed it. Will use again when ordering next👍
Was recommended One Stop Fuel - we are very happy. Quick order online and delivered within a few days. Delighted with the fire wood we received. Will definitely use again.
Very easy to deal with.
What defines you ,is quality and promptitudine.
Thank you.
I ve already recommended you to some of my neighbours. They saw the crate and I gave them your website.
Absolutely fantastic value for money and a lot more log's than I thought it would be. 100% will be buying from them again
Excellent, very speedy delivery, crate well packaged, fire wood seems good quality, haven't used it yet but so far so good.
Let's do this in order;
Price > great
Quality > Bone dry
Size > Perfectly cut, no surprise big lumps
Website > Just how online should be - 100%
Delivery > As promised
Courier/Haulage < a little tweak needed on messaging
Driver > Spot on, helpful
I'll be using again & highly recommended
Arrived 2 days after ordering couldn't fault it, driver placed it as close as they could to my shed, I would definitely recommend and most affordable that I could find. Will certainly be ordering from them again.
