Terms & Conditions

1. General

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • "The Company" means SIA MoreWood, operating under the brand The OneStopFuel, registered in Latvia.

  • "The Customer" means any individual or business purchasing products from the Company.

  • "Delivery" means any delivery carried out by the Company or its subcontractors to the address specified by the Customer.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales and use of the website. Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Any variation must be confirmed in writing by a director of SIA MoreWood.

2. Supply of Products

  • All goods are sold in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, particularly the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

  • These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable EU law.

  • Business-to-business transactions are not covered by consumer protection rights.

3. Natural Product Disclosure

Our products include natural firewood and biomass fuels. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Colour, moisture content, weight, and appearance will naturally vary.

  • Packaging photos are illustrative only.

  • Firewood may contain bark, dust, or natural debris from the drying and handling process.

  • Slight mold or fungal presence may appear in natural drying — this does not affect fuel performance.

  • Firewood may originate from deadwood or thinned woodland, and may include minor decay or boring insect signs, which are neutralized during kiln drying.

  • Product size may vary by ±10%, and species content by ±5%, due to forestry operations.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise noted.

  • Delivery charges are calculated after the customer’s delivery address is entered and are based on location and order size.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms. For further information or questions regarding your payment please visit Klarna’s website.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or post). Phone cancellations are not accepted.

  • An administration fee of €10 applies to cancellations or amendments unless due to a fault on our part.

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made via pallet courier services, using kerbside tail-lift trucks.

  • Delivery surfaces must be solid, flat, and accessible. Uneven ground, gravel, or steep inclines may result in failed delivery.

  • The Customer (or someone on their behalf) must be present to sign for delivery.

  • Missed or failed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery charges.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, access issues, or courier delays.

7. After Delivery

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.

  • The Company is not liable for deterioration caused by improper storage. Wood must be stored dry, covered, and ventilated to prevent damage.

8. After Delivery

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 2 working days of delivery.

  • Returns must be supported by photographs and must be in the original, full condition received.

  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed accordingly.

9. Returns & Refusals

  • Goods refused at the time of delivery or returned due to unsuitable access or customer change of mind will be subject to a return delivery fee.

  • Alternatively, goods may be returned at the customer’s expense within 14 days, in their original condition and full packaging.

  • If collection is requested, a collection fee will apply, calculated based on the customer's location.

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SIA MoreWood is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for property damage during delivery.

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • All sales and agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Any disputes arising shall be exclusively resolved by the courts in Latvia.
