Our large crate of kiln dried oak is the best value option for households that use their stove or open fire regularly. The logs are neatly stacked in 3 rows and delivered in a sturdy crate, so they are easy to store and ready to burn straight away.
Why oak?
Oak is one of the densest hardwoods you can burn. It burns slowly and steadily, gives out long-lasting heat and leaves a deep bed of glowing embers, so you use fewer logs to keep the room warm. Because it's kiln dried, the logs burn cleaner and more efficiently than seasoned or wet wood, with less smoke and less soot build-up in your chimney.
